What adds to its allure is the seamless connection facilitated by the Tren Maya, an ambitious infrastructure project aiming to redefine how visitors explore Mexico’s southeastern region from Chiapas to Quintana Roo.
Two months post-inauguration, the Tren Maya has proven to be a resounding success. Merida, Cancun, San Francisco de Campeche, Valladolid, and Palenque have all risen as highly sought-after destinations. On February 29th, the Tren Mya is set to inaugurate the Cancun-Playa del Carmen section; this section will feature a stop at the Puerto Morelos station, further enhancing connectivity and accessibility along the route.
